This program operates on a rolling basis. We accept Letters of Intent at any time. If you have received a Site Development Grant in the past, you are required to complete a Step 1 Application for Site Certification.

Step 1 Applications are distributed once I receive your letter of intent. The next Step 1 Application due date is June 16, 2023.
