ETDD’s Solid Waste Program was funded through a grant from the State of Tennessee Department of Environment and Conservation. The program provides the following services:
- Solid Waste Annual Progress Reports for the following regions:
- Campbell
- Cocke
- Grangier
- Hamblen
- Loudon
- Monroe
- Morgan
- Scott
- Union
- Technical Assistance Provision
- Designing, implementing, upgrading and maintaining solid waste programs and facilities
- Completion of Needs Assessment Evaluations
- Providing research & administration of solid waste grants
